Join a PMC to manage civil & structural packages on Johor mega-build. 5 days on-site. Lead site coordination, snagging & progress.

What you will do:
-Manage large-scale civil, structural, and architectural construction packages.
-Evaluate value engineering proposals, proposed variations, and potential project delays.
-Lead key site progress meetings and partner alignment sessions.
-Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams.
-Track day-to-day field progress, safety, and issue reports.
-Assist in completing handover plans and required documentation on time.

Experience you need / About You:
-Require a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction track record.
-Accepting talent from PMCs, client-side, main contractors, or sub-contractors.
-High-caliber graduates with solid education can replace long work history.
-Exceptional written paperwork, process implementation, and site coordination required.
-Align stakeholders effectively and maintain strict project controls.

Nice to have / Bonus:
-Data centres experience
-Prior hyperscale or mission-critical facility delivery.
