Summary
Handles customer calls, updates accounts, processes payments, and assists with new sign-ups in a customer service role for a water utility company.
Customer Service Representative
CSR’s handle all inbound calls from customers with a high level of service. They are required to analyze and make changes to customer accounts, facilitate delivery requests, review and respond to customer emails, take payments by phone and research customer accounts. CSR’S also respond to requests for pricing information and help sign up new customers.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Reliable Transportation
- High School Diploma
- Billing Experience a Plus
- Some College is a Plus
- Courteous & Professional Phone Skills
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated and an ability to independently solve problems
- Ability and desire to work in a team enviroment
- Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
