Job Title: CSR / Dispatcher HVAC

Job Type: Full-Time (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and reliable CSR/Dispatcher to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, manage scheduling, and efficiently dispatch technicians. Critical thinking, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

• Dispatch technicians efficiently and manage scheduling needs.

• Think critically and resolve problems quickly.

• Ensure responsiveness to customer inquiries and service needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Highly responsive and reliable in communication.

• Customer service or dispatching background preferred.

• Experience with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan is a plus.

• Prior HVAC industry knowledge is an advantage.
