Job responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly
- Book new plumbing service appointments
- Schedule and dispatch technicians using housecall pro
- Follow up on missed calls and unscheduled estimates
- Confirm appointments and communicate arrival windows
- Handle customer questions and rescheduling
- Help fill openings when techs have cancellations
- Respond to incoming messages/appointment inquiries from customers
