CTA (Certified Technical Architect) at BairesDev
As a Certified Technical Architect, you will lead the design and governance of complex Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystems. You will serve as the strategic link between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring that enterprise architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and oversee comprehensive multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud environments.
- Define and implement robust integration patterns and identity resolution strategies to unify data across the enterprise.
- Establish technical excellence by governing data models, security schemas, and high-performance Apex/LWC development standards.
- Guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders through complex architectural reviews and large-scale platform transformations.
- Mitigate technical debt and architectural risks by ensuring all designs adhere to a trusted, adaptable, and well-architected framework.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Salesforce Development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and data modeling within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of integration architecture, identity resolution, and security patterns.
- Strong background in technical leadership and managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
