Positions: CTE Academic Intervention Support for English Language Learners (ELLS) & At-Risk Students

Locations: Irvington High School and Rita L. Owens STEAM Academy

Qualifications: Certified Teacher, School Counselors, or Technology Coach

Responsibilities: Two (3) teachers to provide intensive academic interventions focused on advancing ELA, Math, and Science achievement among English Language Learners (ELLs) and other at-risk student groups enrolled in CTE classes. The intervention program will run from October 2026 through June 2027 and will include remedial teaching, differentiated learning strategies, and scaffolding aligned to language acquisition needs

Program Duration: Outside of Contractual Hours

Hours: 30 hours per teacher


Salary: As per collective bargaining agreement (Pending Availability of Funds)

Total Stipend Not to Exceed $1,410.00 per teacher
