POSITION: Facility Maintenance Support

SALARY: $24.87 - $29.59 DOE

REPORTS TO: Facility Manager

LOCATION: San Poil Treatment Center – Keller, WA

SUMMARY:

Assists with the maintenance and operation of interior and exterior facilities at the San Poil Treatment Center, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, structural repairs, grounds, and landscaping. Performs and supports facility cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, property, equipment, storm drainage, and water systems. Works under the direction of the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure facilities are maintained safely, efficiently, and in good working condition for residents and employees.
