Description
💡 We are looking for an experienced CTO Architect to join an international project for a leading global financial services organization.
📍Location: Krakow, Poland
Work model: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the Krakow office
Contract: B2B
Must-Have Skills:
Experience: 8+ years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant experience within the required technology domain
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, tools, and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of security, scalability, and performance best practices
Good-to-Have Skills:
Azure, AWS, or GCP
DevOps and CI/CD
AI/ML or Data Analytics exposure
Solution Architecture experience
Technical leadership experience
ITIL knowledge
Experience working in global teams
Relevant industry certifications
