CTO / Solution Architect
Summary
A CTO / Solution Architect role at Eternity Law International focused on blockchain, digital asset, and fintech products: defining technical strategy, designing system architecture, establishing CI/CD and security processes, and managing the development team. We are looking for a CTO / Solution Architect with hands-on experience in blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products to define the technical strategy, design the system architecture, and manage the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design the product architecture and select the technology stack.
Develop the technical roadmap and plan resources.
Manage the development team and participate in hiring.
Evaluate third-party solutions, services, and technology providers.
Oversee development quality, security, and technical documentation.
Establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response processes.
Ensure system stability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Requirements:
Experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.
Hands-on experience with blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products is required.
Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody solutions, liquidity providers, and trading systems.
Experience designing secure, high-load systems.
Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers.
Experience managing technical teams and external contractors.
English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international providers.
