CTRM Consultant
Principal Accountabilities
- Analyse and translate business requirements, understand the different options and efforts, implement the preferred recommendations
- Commodities Trading knowledge. Prior experiences with Agriculture Trading and Supply Chain is a bonus
- Provide business model design services for development; Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Analyze and interpret requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to analyse functional requirements and deliver artifacts such as: BRD, Test Cases, Interface Design.
- Provide L3 support to the Support Team and Vendor on problem identification for complicated production issues.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities and deployments with business and vendor
- Experience in developing integrated solutions involving process, data, and technology
- Ability to influence peers and leadership stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate both technical and business information effectively
- CTRM experience required (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree (MBA)
- Agile Project Management Certification
- Six sigma Certification (desirable)
- Negotiation, facilitation, stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
