Culinary Director

Our Dining Director is a hands-on leader responsible for the overall operation of the dietary department, including menu planning, food quality, budget management, regulatory compliance, and the dining experience for residents across our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This position reports to the Executive Director and directly supervises Kitchen Aides, cooks, and dietary/dining room staff, ensuring the team delivers safe, nutritious, and appealing meals in a manner that reflects our “Residents First” philosophy. The Dining Director builds and leads a dietary team that enhances residents' quality of life at our Gemstone Senior Living Communities.

This position is full-time for 3 days and a half per week (Half of Wednesday; full Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
