Culinary Services Coordinator

The Culinary Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Wednesdays through Sundays, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Days off are negotiable, but the above schedule is preferred
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired
• Supervisory experience is highly desired
• Provides a high level of customer service and promotes a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
• Must be able to work well and cooperate with others.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and compassion
• Ability to speak in public and articulate ideas clearly
• Must be passionate about wellness and life enrichment for older adults
