Curriculum Developer & Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Design & Development
- Design and develop comprehensive WSQ and non-WSQ courseware, encompassing learner guides, facilitator manuals, and assessment plans, strictly mapped to SSG’s Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs).
- Employ Adult Learning Principles to create engaging, empathetic, and highly effective blended learning experiences.
- Integrate modern technology including AI and innovative methodologies into curricula to create engaging learning environments and enhance learner outcomes.
- Conduct regular curriculum reviews and spearhead updates to ensure content remains highly relevant to industry demands and client capabilities.
2. Quality Management & Compliance
- Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance processes for all WSQ and non-WSQ programmes, ensuring absolute compliance with SSG’s stringent guidelines and audit requirements.
- Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with the Training Provider Quality Assessment (TPQA) framework.
- Manage the Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) process, maintaining meticulous documentation and evidence for external audits.
- Conduct routine internal audits on training delivery and assessment protocols, providing constructive, actionable feedback to adult educators and assessors.
3. Data-Driven Evaluation & Strategy
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative industry & learner data to formulate actionable recommendations for curriculum enhancement and pedagogical shifts.
- Partner proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their core 'Why', ensuring training outcomes directly resolve their operational and strategic challenges.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Essential Certification: WSQ DACE or DDDLP certification is required
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in WSQ curriculum development, instructional design, and quality assurance within a Singapore Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Skills Framework (SFw), TP Gateway, and current SSG policies regarding funding and compliance. Experience in developing e-learning content is an advantage.
- Attributes: Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, detail-oriented, and equipped with excellent stakeholder management skills. Must possess the ability to communicate complex regulatory frameworks clearly and concisely.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in built environment or sustainability is an advantage.
