We are looking for an analytical and result-oriented Planning Manager to join our Project

Management Consultancy (PMC) team. You will lead project scheduling, tracking, and

resource management for a marquee Institutional project in Jaipur.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Create the Master Project Schedule (MPS) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Establish baseline schedules covering engineering, procurement, and construction

milestones.

• Formulate standard Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) tailored to institutional

buildings.

2. Tracking & Monitoring

• Track actual daily/weekly progress against the scheduled timeline.

• Map Planned vs. Actual variances and compute Earned Value Management (EVM)

metrics.

• Flag critical path risks early and suggest mitigation plans to avoid project delays.

3. Reporting & PMC Liaison

• Compile weekly and monthly Project Progress Reports (MPR) for the client's review.

• Audit contractors' schedules, resource optimization charts, and material

deployment plans.

• Host schedule review meetings with sub-contractors, consultants, and developers.

4. Cost Control

• Track cash flow statements, monthly billing projections, and overall budget

consumption.

• Process and validate project change orders, extensions of time (EOT), and delay

claims.

Required Profile & Qualifications

Experience

• Exactly 8+ years of core scheduling experience in real estate or infrastructure

projects.

• Minimum 2–3 years operating under a PMC framework.

• Mandatory portfolio experience delivering major Institutional projects (e.g.,

universities, hospitals, research centres).

Technical & Software Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project.

• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies for RCC framing, structural steel,

and MEP works.

• Strong understanding of local building regulations, quality control, and safety

protocols in Rajasthan.

Education

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in NICMAR or Construction Management is highly

preferred.
