Role Overview

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing daily cleaning and sanitation throughout the warehouse, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining FNL’s safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, restrooms, and break rooms
• Dispose of trash and debris according to company procedures
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., sweepers, floor scrubbers)
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs or unclogging drains
• Report hazards, damages, or maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Support special cleaning or organization projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision

Skills & Attributes:

• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and independence
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
• Experience with industrial cleaning tools/equipment a plus

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Work may involve exposure to dust, noise, cleaning agents, and varying temperatures
• Must be comfortable operating cleaning machinery and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
