Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking Custodian to join our team and support our continued growth.

This role will be involved in support overall facility building and grounds maintenance activities. The activities carried out as part of this job will result in not only improved facility appearance but also enhanced functionality.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Office Cleaning: Vacuuming carpeting; dusting furniture, pictures, and counters; cleaning glass entry doors; and checking/straightening conference rooms.
• Restroom Sanitation: Cleaning, disinfecting, and re-stocking restroom supplies.
• Breakroom Cleaning: Cleaning sinks and countertops in break areas and lunchrooms.
• General Housekeeping: Emptying and cleaning waste receptacles; mopping, dusting, and sweeping floors; cleaning/maintaining air vents; and washing walls.
• Grounds & Facility Support: General parking lot cleanup (emptying trash containers, sweeping walkways/steps) and setting up conference/training rooms.
• Security & Care: Maintaining building security during and after cleaning, and keeping custodial storage areas clean

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:

• English Language skills: Ability to speak and understand basic English; able to comprehend instructions.

• Math skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs., ability to climb and descend stairs, ability to work with little supervision.

• Work environment: May work in conditions that are wet or humid, near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; around fumes or airborne particles; around toxic or caustic chemicals; around unpleasant odors; in outdoor weather conditions, in extreme heat, around vibration, or in places where may be at risk for electrical shock.
• High School Degree or equivalency.
• Six (6) months of experience in custodial.

Standing & Walking
Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing.

Postural Requirements
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in low or awkward positions during production or maintenance tasks.

Lifting & Material Handling

• Operator-level roles may involve lifting up to 25 lb repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Technician-level roles may involve lifting up to 50 lb multiple times per day, including overhead lifts.

• Where possible, mechanical aids (e.g., hoists, forklifts) are used.

Fine Motor Skills & Tool Use
Use of both hands is required to operate tools, perform adjustments, and handle assembly materials with precision.

Visual Requirements
Sufficient visual acuity (e.g., 20/40 with or without correction) is necessary for tasks involving inspection and safe equipment operation.

Environmental Conditions

• Work is performed in a production setting where seasonal temperatures may range from 100–120°F (with humidity) in summer to cooler conditions in winter.

• High noise levels are common; hearing protection is provided and required.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and protective clothing may be required depending on the task.

Additional Job Considerations
These roles can be physically demanding, involving repetitive motions and long hours. Technicians may be required to handle heavy molds and materials; use of material handling equipment is provided and encouraged.
