Part-Time Custodian Positions Available

Hillcroft Services is seeking two reliable and motivated Part-Time Custodians to join our team!

This position offers a consistent schedule of 2-3 evenings per week from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Dust and wash walls, clean ceilings, light fixtures, baseboards, tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Use ladders safely to access and clean elevated areas.
• Clean entry doors and surrounding glass daily; wash windows periodically or as needed.
• Move furniture, cabinets, boxes, and equipment as necessary to thoroughly clean designated areas.
• Remove stains from carpets, drapes, walls, floors, and other surfaces using approved cleaning products and techniques.
• Maintain the cleanliness of Hillcroft facilities by following established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Operate washers and dryers to launder facility linens and cleaning materials.
• Maintain custodial equipment in good working condition and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Perform enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures during flu, cold, or other communicable illness seasons.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and arranging equipment and furnishings.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and ladders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and professional environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow established schedules and procedures.
