Custodian - Kendall's Tavern & Chophouse

This position performs cleaning activities with primary responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of guest entrances, lobby areas, restrooms, restaurant, bar, kitchens, and outside perimeter locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains cleanliness of guest entrances, lobby areas, restrooms, restaurant, bar, kitchens, and outside perimeter locations, including snow and ice removal when necessary.
• Cleans lobby, doors, public areas, offices, restaurant, and bar; sweeps and mops floors, arranges and dusts furniture and wood surfaces; cleans glass, doors, windows, mirrors, door push plates, and light switch covers.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms including doors, urinals, toilets, stall doors and entryways.
• Segregates and removes trash and places in designated containers. Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area. Sweeps and mops floors.
• Complies with local, state, and national regulations pertaining to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
