Great Pay + Bonuses for Showing Up and Doing Great Work!
- $22.00/hour starting base pay
- Earn an additional $0.50/hour with qualifying attendance when working one weekend day
- Earn an additional $1.50/hour with qualifying attendance when working both weekend days
- Paid training at $20.00/hour

Consistent Schedules That Make Planning Life Easier
We offer predictable, recurring schedules so you can plan your life outside of work. Available shifts:
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Full-Time: 5 shifts per week
Part-Time: Minimum 3 shifts per week
Once your schedule is established, you can count on consistent workdays week after week.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll help keep our facility clean, organized, safe, and ready for the hundreds of families who depend on us. Your day may include:

- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, changing areas, showers, and common spaces
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors and pool deck areas
- Keeping windows, mirrors, furniture, and other surfaces clean
- Emptying trash and maintaining stocked, tidy spaces
- Identifying spills, hazards, or areas needing immediate attention
- Performing simple maintenance tasks and reporting larger repairs
- Safely using cleaning supplies and equipment (we'll train you!)
You'll stay active, work with a purpose, and see the results of your efforts every day.

- Are at least 18 years old or older
- Are dependable, punctual, and take your commitments seriously

- Enjoy physical, hands-on work instead of sitting at a desk

- Are comfortable working in a warm indoor pool environment
- Can perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
Experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or facility maintenance is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most! Basic handyman skills are also a plus.
