POSITION: Custodian – Boys & Girls Club of Worcester

REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities

HOURS OF WORK: Per Diem (as needed) Flexible hours.

The custodian cleans and maintains the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester, Harrington Clubhouse. General cleaning of building and equipment, vacuuming, cleaning floors, kitchen, bathrooms, walls, windows, cafeteria, painting, changing of light bulbs, outside landscaping including shoveling, lawn mowing, raking, trash removal etc.

This per diem (as needed) position provides flexible coverage based on operational needs. Shifts may range from occasional hours or single-day assignments to extended coverage periods of two to three weeks for vacations, leaves of absence, or other staffing needs. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours, and scheduling will vary depending on department requirements.
