As the Custom Applicator Manager, you will help lead our custom application team and help keep our equipment, facilities, and field operations running safely and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Custom Applicator Manager include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervises/dispatches custom applicator team and commercial drivers
- Ensure staff properly use and maintain equipment and building maintenance
- Works with customers, takes and creates work orders
- Accurately maintain field mapping database
- Assist with hiring process
- Set up and calibrate equipment to be used in the field
- Follows and oversees employees comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Must be able to work extended hours when necessary, specifically during Spring and Summer busy season
