- Responsible for team decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with integration of enterprise systems and data flow optimization.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and code optimization techniques.
