CUSTOM SOFTWARE ENGINEERING LEAD (SAP MM-IM / WM / EWM)
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineering Lead with expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management (MM-IM) and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations involving Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide solution design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable solutions that support inventory and warehouse management operations.
Key responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP MM Inventory Management.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to key project decisions.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Collaborate with multiple teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
Mentor team members and support their professional development.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and solution quality.
Ensure effective communication and coordination to meet project milestones.
About you
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management (MM-IM).
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations involving SAP Inventory Management (IM), SAP Warehouse Management (WM), and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices.
Experience integrating SAP modules to streamline inventory and warehouse operations.
Ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP MM-IM-PI (Physical Inventory).
Knowledge of SAP WM processes and warehouse operations.
