About Us:

Abdul Latif Jameel Financing Company operates to provide a diverse range of financing solutions for individuals and small to medium enterprises, in addition to supporting entrepreneurs through the "Ruzuq Jameel" program for micro-financing.

Job Purpose:

To establish relationships with clients to ensure appropriate communication between the client and the organization to guarantee timely payment of monthly dues.

Qualifications:

· The minimum qualification is a high school diploma, preferably with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

· 0 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Working Days:

· From Sunday to Thursday.

Working Hours:

· Morning shift: 08:00 - 12:30

· Evening shift: 04:00 – 08:30

Skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Effective communication with clients.
• Monitoring clients and encouraging them to settle monthly payments.
• Adhering to the implementation of telephone communication protocols.
• Updating client data and recording communication outcomes.
• Contacting clients through the approved communication channels in accordance with the regulations set by the Saudi Central Bank.
• Complying with the company's policies and procedures and the relevant regulatory systems.
• Achieving monthly and annual targets.
• Preparing daily and monthly reports related to communication outcomes.
