About the job The Customer & Market Insights Manager plays a critical role in shaping business decisions through deep consumer, customer, and market understanding. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires strong research expertise, exceptional analytical capability, and the ability to connect insights to business outcomes. You will independently lead complex research initiatives, uncover growth opportunities and market risks, and influence stakeholders across functions through clear, actionable recommendations. across multiple intelligence sources, including market research, customer analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), social listening, and competitive intelligence, to identify growth opportunities and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions through data-driven insights and compelling storytelling</li><li accountability for research rigor, analytical accuracy, insight quality, and project delivery.</li><li processes, and decision-making frameworks.</li></ul> What You Need To Have: <ul><li style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';">At least 7 years of hands-on experience in customer insights, consumer insights, market research, business intelligence, management consulting, or related analytical fields.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';">Proven track record of personally leading and executing complex quantitative and qualitative research studies from design through delivery.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';">Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to generate high-impact business insights from large and complex datasets.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0px;font-style:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;font-family:'Helvetica Neue';">Experience working with advanced insight sources and tools, including social listening
