Job Summary
Source, screen, and match suitable Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) to employers, advising clients on application procedures and managing employment contracts and work passes. Provide ongoing support including conflict resolution and ensure compliance with employment agency laws.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and match suitable FDWs to employers based on household needs
- Advise clients on application procedures, documentation, and pre-employment requirements aligned with current manpower regulations
- Manage employment contracts, work passes, and settlement processes including medical checks and orientation for FDWs
- Provide ongoing support to employers and FDWs, including conflict resolution and contract renewals
- Maintain accurate client and FDW records to meet industry regulatory requirements
- Ensure all transactions comply with Singapore’s employment agency laws and ethical standards
- Work weekends or public holidays as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) license or be actively planning to secure one
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior sales experience in a maid agency or service industry
- Strong knowledge of FDW placement procedures, work pass applications, and related documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus a second language such as Tagalog, Burmese, Bahasa Indonesia, or Hindi
