Customer Care Agent (Hybrid)

Conduent is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) agents for customer service!

Training starts as soon possible

Working from home after training and nesting (1 month on site)

We support , a child support payment processing center, process payments for the 50 states of the United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we provide assistance to Parents Paying Support, Employers and Payroll service providers, our service is to help users to navigate on the website, reactivate accounts and send passwords, inquiries about their payments, etc.

-Schedules from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

-Full Availability to work on different schedules

-Customer care experience

-Fluent English

-Good Grammar skills

-Computer skills

-Internet at home (25 MBPS)
