As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
• Process patient registrations and manage accounts receivable alongside other administrative responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective patient care and communication of updates.
• Support general office tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a customer service or patient-facing environment.
• Strong communication and demonstrating a friendly and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer systems and office software.
• Good interpersonal skills
