Customer Care Executive

• Should have Good in English communication with one Native Language (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam).
• Graduation is mandatory (Any degree)
• Handling customer’s queries and requests for the services.(Inbound & Outbound calls)
• Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
• Rotational day shift (Any 9 hours)
• 6 days working (1 day rotational week off)
• Salary 2 LPA to 3 LPA + Performance based incentives
