Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for delinquent customers, guiding them through the process of paying off their overdue EMP payments and any associated penalties. Your role is vital in maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with delinquent customers to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, offering clear and concise information about payment options and due dates.
  • Collaborate with the Collections team to develop strategies for effective debt collection and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Monitor customer accounts, identify potential payment issues, and take proactive measures to prevent further delinquency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in debt collection practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and debt collection.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the Collections department.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or debt collection roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A results-driven and proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry developments.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
