Customer Care Executive
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, especially those with overdue EMP payments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these customers settle their dues, including any applicable penalties. You will be an integral part of our collections team, working collaboratively to achieve our financial objectives.
- Contact delinquent customers to negotiate and facilitate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer payments.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the collections team to develop effective strategies.
- Stay updated on payment trends and customer behavior to enhance collection efforts.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or collections.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with payment processing and financial systems.
- Customer-centric approach and a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new collection strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
