Customer Care Executive
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for delinquent customers, guiding them through the process of paying off their overdue EMP payments. Your role is crucial in maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with the Collections team to develop effective strategies and maintain a professional and friendly approach.
- Act as the primary point of contact for delinquent customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Ensure customers understand their payment obligations and assist them in creating a suitable repayment plan.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or collections, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
