Customer care - IA Compagny - Day or Night shift (English)

You'll be joining the support team of a leading American AI research and deployment company, founded in 2015, a pioneer of generative AI and the creator of one of the world's most widely used AI chatbots. Their products power writing, coding, research and automation for millions of users worldwide.

Your objective: provide friendly, high-quality support to consumers and business users of the platform. You'll troubleshoot their issues, guide them through the product and make sure every interaction leaves them happy.

Junior profiles are welcome. No prior tech-support experience needed, we train you from scratch. What you do need: strong English, empathy and a genuine interest in AI and new tech.

We're hiring on three different shift patterns, so you can pick the one that fits your lifestyle. The recruiter will match you with the shift that works best for you during the interview:

• Day shift, rotating within the 07:00 to 22:00 window

• Night shift, between 22:00 and 07:00

• Full 24/7 rotation, mixing day and night shifts (schedules shared 10 days in advance)

Training: 15 working days, 8 hours per day, in English (daytime hours during training, regardless of the shift you'll join afterwards).

• Support customers with billing and invoicing matters

• Troubleshoot account access issues

• Guide, support and train customers on how to use the client's products

• Deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations and quality scoring standards

• Provide timely, useful and human responses across chat, email and phone

• 12 Months contract renewable (permanente contract after 2 years)

• Uncertain Term Contract (12 months), moving to a permanent contract after 2 years

• EU nationality or valid Portuguese work permit (or resident card)

• Native or fluent English, both spoken and written

• Valid diploma (secondary school minimum)

• Flexibility to work the shift pattern you choose (day, night or 24/7), Monday to Sunday
