Job Summary
The Customer Care Officer supports sales across multiple channels by handling enquiries, recommending products, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries and after-sales service to meet customer mobility needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and showroom visits to provide timely and accurate assistance
- Assess customers’ mobility needs and recommend appropriate mobility products to enhance their mobility and independence
- Demonstrate product features and provide clear, accurate product information to support customer decision-making
- Prepare and process quotations and sales orders while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Coordinate delivery schedules, after-sales service, warranty claims, and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with completing relevant documentation and complying with regulatory requirements through effective follow-up
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient written communication in English to document and correspond with customers
- Oral proficiency in English and Mandarin or Malay to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel to manage data and sales records accurately
- Skilled in Microsoft Word to prepare customer documents and correspondence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online to support financial record-keeping and invoicing
