About the Role
Detopsy Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Care / Sales Representative Officer to manage client relationships, provide customer support, and drive sales of engineering services and technical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Promote company products and engineering solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up on customer requests, manage corporate accounts, and maintain interaction records.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable engineering products and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in Abuja.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service and sales/telemarketing, preferably in engineering, construction, or oil and gas.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and productivity software.
- Familiarity with Abuja's corporate and industrial business landscape is an advantage.
