Summary
Handles customer email inquiries and administrative tasks for an insurance-related service, ensuring timely responses and compliance with internal policies.
Manage customer requests and enquiries through email and ensure timely response and resolution
Support processing and administration activities in accordance with service standards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate handling and follow-up of requests
Communicate updates and provide clear explanations to customers and stakeholders where required
Handle feedback, appeals, and service-related concerns, escalating issues when necessary
Support operational projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and operational controls
Identify potential risks and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate records and support quality service delivery
