Customer Engineer
Job Summary
You will install, maintain, and improve industrial machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring optimal machine performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Install and modify industrial machinery and equipment to meet operational requirements
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to enhance machine performance and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime
- Implement continuous machine improvements to optimize operational efficiency
- Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment use and basic maintenance procedures
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work rotational shift schedules as required
