Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer, you will:

• Partner with Senior Field Service Engineers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Utilize digital diagnostic and analytics tools to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Apply fundamental diagnostic techniques to evaluate equipment performance and support technical problem-solving under guidance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated systems, including:
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical systems
• Vacuum systems
• Plasma systems
• Hydraulic systems
• Gas delivery systems
• Communicate and coordinate directly with customers to ensure high levels of equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that support business and organizational goals.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
