Customer Experience Executive
You will support customers across branch channels, fulfill their financial needs, provide core servicing and transactions, and act as a Santander brand ambassador. You will coach colleagues, support branch leaders, promote digital offerings, and host community initiatives and events.

- Fulfill customer financial needs through educational conversations
- Provide core servicing and transactions across all channels
- Act as a brand ambassador and host community initiatives and events
- Support branch leaders as required
- Advocate Santander’s digital offerings
Requirements
- Proven ability to resolve complex customer interactions across all channels
- Experience opening products in a branch environment compliantly and promptly
- Current experience as a Customer Experience Specialist, Personal Banker, Customer Experience Consultant, or Branch Manager
- Commitment to ongoing development
- Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues
- Ability to interpret and use data and management information
- Ability to influence stakeholders to improve processes
- Experience working in a goal-oriented environment
- Ability to manage workload proactively and effectively
- Experience hosting or supporting local community initiatives
