What you’ll do

• Front-desk customer service (students & parents)
• Handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling & payments
• Recommend suitable programmes & support enrolment
• Assist in centre operations, events & workshops
• Manage feedback and service recovery

What we’re looking for

✔ Customer service / retail / education experience: a major plus
✔ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Comfortable working on both weekends
✔ Positive, outgoing & service-oriented personality
✔ Able to work across island-wide centres if needed for operation needs
