Job Summary

Are you a marketing professional ready to broaden your impact and take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate and business-minded leader to join us as a Customer Experience Manager (Maternity Cover) and lead our dynamic Customer Innovation Centre in Lund.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background who is eager to evolve into a broader leadership role, combining customer engagement, commercial impact, team management, and business transformation.

You will lead the Customer Experience team in Lund, which drives customer meetings with Tetra Pak customers and prospects from all over the world. In addition, you will oversee our Accelerator Lab and Package Samples Shop teams, helping shape the future of our customer experience capabilities. This unique position offers the chance to work at the intersection of marketing, innovation, and customer engagement, bringing customers' visions to life while leading a team responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for 13 months, based in Lund, Sweden. Some travel is required.

What you will do

As Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with Key Account teams, Marketing colleagues, Product Management experts, and prototyping resources to ensure every customer interaction creates value and advances business opportunities through the sales funnel.

Tailored Excellence

  • Ensure each customer meeting is designed around the customer's business challenges, pain points, and strategic priorities.
  • Guide the team in creating impactful agendas and experiences that support commercial objectives.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead the CIC Lund, Accelerator Lab, and Package Samples Shop teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage budgets, priorities, and roadmaps to continuously improve customer experiences.

Business Transformation

  • Support the ongoing development of our prototyping capabilities towards a faster and more agile approach.
  • Balance transformation activities with maintaining high-quality operational delivery.

Deliver on Performance Indicators

  • Drive results through customer engagement, opportunity progression within the sales funnel, prototyping effectiveness, and the development of new marketing service journeys.

We believe you have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong marketing background, ideally gained within a Market Company, working closely with Key Account teams and operational marketing organizations.
  • A desire to grow into a leadership role and develop people management capabilities. Previous team leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into engaging business experiences.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating meaningful customer interactions that drive business results.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • CRM experience and a good understanding of customer segmentation, sales processes, and customer journeys.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
