Customer-Facing Project Manager | Global Pharmacovigilance Platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for new and existing clients
  

• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
  

• Lead cross-functional project teams (on-site and remote)
  

• Act as the primary client contact during project implementation
  

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource coordination
  

• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligned with SOW and project requirements
  

• Ensure projects follow standard implementation processes and quality standards
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
  

• 5+ years of experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)
  

• Experience delivering software or IT system implementation projects
  

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  

• Experience in GxP-regulated environments and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) preferred
  

• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) preferred
  

• Japanese language proficiency required (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
  

• Experience working with Japan-based organizations is a plus
  

• Ability to start immediately is preferred
  

Key Skills

• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
  

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
  

• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

• Familiarity with SDLC, validation processes, and GAMP 5
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
