Job Requirements

Technical Skills and Hands-on Expertise
 Strong knowledge of supply planning, demand fulfillment, order management, backlog management, and customer delivery processes.
 Experience in demand analysis, forecast review, and order fulfillment planning.
 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
 Ability to identify supply risks, assess business impact, and drive corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
 Experience coordinating production schedules across multiple manufacturing sites to support on-time delivery.
 Familiarity with key supply chain metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), backlog management, inventory health, and forecast accuracy.
 Knowledge of connectors, interconnect solutions, or electromechanical products is an advantage.


Key Job Responsibilities and Function Scope

 Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and backlog requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
 Develop and maintain material plans and schedules to support customer and production requirements.
 Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues, address delivery challenges, and drive delivery performance.
 Monitor production progress, material availability, and delivery commitments across multiple manufacturing sites.
 Maintain accurate delivery commitments, order status updates, and ERP system data.
 Lead expediting and recovery efforts for critical orders to minimize delays and meet customer commitments.
 Identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and supply chain risks, and implement mitigation plans.
 Manage customer and factory escalations, providing clear communication on risks, impacts, and recovery actions.
 Generate reports and perform data analysis to support planning decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
 Drive operational excellence and process improvements to enhance fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction.

What your background should look like

Required Years of Experience / Seniority Level

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Fulfillment, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience supporting customer demand fulfillment and coordinating closely with manufacturing sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working with manufacturing sites to resolve shortages, expedite deliveries, and meet customer commitments.
  • Experience managing supply risks, delivery commitments, recovery plans, and order prioritization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sourcing, Planning, Customer Service, Operations, and Manufacturing.
  • Exposure in Aerospace, Defense & Marine, EMS, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
