Customer Happiness Engineer (Saturday to Tuesday 7am to 6pm)
HiOperator is looking for a Customer Happiness Engineer (Sat-Tue, 7am-6pm) to join our team and help solve customer issues via email and chat for multiple clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Resolve customer issues through email and chat support across various clients
- Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have strong written communication skills
- Excel at problem-solving and multitasking
- Are comfortable working full-time onsite in Dallas (not a remote position)
- Are organized, reliable, and able to work Saturday through Tuesday, 7am-6pm
Total Compensation
The hourly pay is $17/hour.
