Overview
Marketing needs additional coordination support across two active areas of responsibility: customer insights and segment marketing, and the Bank's Art Program. This temporary role would absorb research, tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and program administration work so more experienced team members can focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Research project coordination: Support vendor communications, meeting scheduling, feedback collection, timeline tracking, and research documentation.
- Customer and market insight support: Compile survey inputs, demographic data, competitive intelligence, and market trends that inform growth strategy and acquisition planning.
- Audience segmentation support: Assist with segment definitions, customer attributes, audience lists, targeting criteria, and campaign input documents.
- Targeted marketing initiative support: Coordinate project details for segment-based campaigns, customer acquisition efforts, partnership activations, and related marketing programs.
- Art collection administration: Maintain centralized artwork inventory, branch placement records, artwork documentation, artist and vendor contacts, and installation history.
- Art Program logistics: Support coordination with vendors, installers, framers, photographers, artists, galleries, and Facilities on artwork moves, installations, maintenance, and documentation.
- Reporting and executive support: Prepare meeting recaps, action item logs, research summaries, collection status updates, and leadership presentation support materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Background in marketing, communications, public relations, business, research, arts administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing trackers, databases, shared folders, calendars, vendor coordination, and project documentation.
- Ability to synthesize information clearly and prepare concise summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership materials.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when managing artwork records, customer insights, audience lists, timelines, and vendor information.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Preferred: experience with market research, customer segmentation, affluent consumer audiences, multicultural marketing, financial services, art collections, or vendor coordination.
