At Tetra Pak, Customer Master Data is a critical foundation for efficient operations, strong customer experience, and compliance. Value Stream Customer Management is now looking for a Customer Master Data Driver to take ownership of the structure, quality, and governance of this key area.
As our business continues to evolve, the need for structured, accurate, and future-ready customer data becomes increasingly important across all markets and functions.
In this position, you will ensure that Customer Master Data is governed, structured, and managed in a way that supports both current operations and future business transformation.
You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment, connecting stakeholders across markets, business functions, and IT. By driving alignment, clarifying responsibilities, and support the implementation of processes and standards, you will play a key role in improving data quality.
This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structures in complexity, influencing without formal authority, and driving continuous improvement
In this role, you will report to the Commercial Projects & Integration Manager, within Value Stream Customer Management. The location is in Lund (Sweden).
What you will do
- Ensure quality, structure, and governance of Customer Master Data globally
- Lead alignment from the Value Stream with Process Office, MDM (Master Data Management) team, and Global IM on development priorities, roles, and responsibilities
- Future-proof Customer Master Data through projects and gap initiatives based on business and organizational needs
- Develop and manage reporting and follow-up metrics to continuously improve Customer data quality
- Own and manage workflows related to customer data creation and maintenance
- Support audits and ensure strong process controls, especially within Export Control
- Validate and advise on customer master data implications in business transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with export control, data privacy and security regulations in close collaboration with legal and privacy teams
- Lead and coordinate a global network of Customer Master Data Business Experts
We believe you have
- Experience working with Master Data, preferably Customer Master Data
- Strong understanding of business processes such as sales, order management, or finance
- Experience collaborating across functions, including business, IT, and process organizations
- Ability to define structure, governance, and scalable ways of working
- A degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
