Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
You will work closely with Customer Success, Editorial Content, Creative, Sales, and Field Marketing. Where customer marketing and Customer Success intersect, such as value discovery, expansion signals, and advocacy-sourced opportunities, you will operate through genuine shared ownership. You will contribute insight and engagement signals without duplicating account management or competing for commercial attribution. Build Customer Advocacy and Storytelling
- Build and manage an end-to-end customer reference program covering case studies, testimonials, peer reviews, speaking opportunities, and sales references
- Recruit and maintain an active pipeline of customer advocates across different industries, markets, and use cases
- Create a centralized and reliable record of customer advocacy, testimonial, and reference engagements
- Partner with Editorial Content to source, develop, and publish real, named customer stories
- Identify flagship customer narratives that can be activated across campaigns, events, sales conversations, and thought-leadership formats
- Develop lifecycle journeys that keep customer advocates engaged, recognized, and connected over time
- Build community rituals and recurring formats that give customers a durable sense of belonging
- Create opportunities for customers to exchange knowledge, build relationships, and contribute to the wider IntegrityNext community
- Develop an active community model that grows beyond individual campaigns or one-off events
- Track community participation and advocacy engagement as contributing signals to customer retention and expansion
- Map executive sponsors, users, champions, and other key stakeholders across strategic customer accounts
- Define and maintain a relationship-health model focused on trust, advocacy, and belonging
- Design stakeholder journeys that deepen relationships beyond day-to-day product and account interactions
- Create signature experiences that strengthen customer connection to IntegrityNext and to one another
- Bring a genuine host’s perspective to executive dinners, conferences, and customer gatherings by curating atmosphere, hospitality, and meaningful personal connection
- Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion signals and establish a shared customer-value model
- Develop and maintain a value-discovery playbook that helps customers uncover additional value across the IntegrityNext platform
- Support coherent value communication across customer touchpoints, programs, and experiences
- Ensure customers experience one consistent IntegrityNext brand story throughout their relationship with us
- Contribute customer-marketing signals to renewal and expansion discussions without duplicating Customer Success account-health ownership
- Define the operating model, processes, tools, and governance required to scale customer marketing activities
- Recruit the first group of advocates and establish the foundations of the reference and community programs within your first 90 days
- Launch an executive engagement program, initial signature experiences, and the value-discovery playbook within the first six months
- Establish relationship-health tracking across strategic accounts and develop a self-sustaining advocacy engine
- Measure active references, case studies, peer reviews, advocacy-sourced pipeline contribution, community engagement, and relationship health
- Demonstrate how advocacy and engagement contribute to renewal and expansion together with Customer Success
- Work jointly with Customer Success on expansion-signal identification and value-discovery metrics
- Partner with Editorial Content to create a continuous source pipeline for customer stories and thought-leadership material
- Collaborate with Creative on the design and production of signature customer experiences
- Support Sales and Field Marketing with customer references, advocacy assets, and qualified advocacy-sourced opportunities
- Navigate shared ownership with diplomacy, transparency, and a clear understanding of functional responsibilities
- Proven experience building customer marketing, customer advocacy, reference, or customer-community programs in a B2B SaaS environment
- Track record designing relationship or experience programs for executive stakeholders, not only end users
- Experience developing customer case studies, testimonials, speaker programs, peer reviews, and reference initiatives
- Background in a technical, enterprise software, ESG, supply-chain, compliance, or similarly complex environment is a plus
- Experience creating high-quality, experience-led events or hospitality formats for senior audiences
- Strong understanding of customer advocacy, lifecycle engagement, community building, and relationship-marketing methodologies
- Ability to design measurable programs, operating models, stakeholder journeys, and relationship-health frameworks
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with customer reference, advocacy management, community, or customer-marketing platforms
- Ability to translate customer insights and engagement signals into scalable playbooks and commercial opportunities
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to identify, source, and shape authentic customer narratives
- Strategic and hands-on approach with the ability to build new programs from the ground up
- Strong sense of ownership combined with respect for shared responsibilities and functional boundaries
- Genuine host mentality with an instinct for atmosphere, hospitality, and human connection
- Customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand what creates trust, recognition, and belonging
- High level of creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment and turning broad objectives into practical programs
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills across executive, customer-facing, creative, commercial, and operational teams
- Ability to work in close partnership with Customer Success without creating competing attribution or ownership models
- Strong cross-functional diplomacy and confidence navigating different priorities
- Clear and persuasive communication with both internal stakeholders and senior customer audiences
- Fluent English skills
- German skills are a plus due to our Munich headquarters and DACH customer base
