Customer Marketing Senior Specialist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE

• Execute and support category campaigns or promotions independently according to the marketing plan
• Work closely with cross functional teams to execute assigned category campaigns / promotions in store
• Work closely with commercial team to identify the best-fit product portfolio to highlight in each campaign to max. efficiency
• Work closely with creative, digital agencies to execute communication support plan of assigned category campaigns / promotions
• Initiate customer-centric communication angles to line manager for further refinement before final execution
• Develop story and content ideas according to the publication’s style and editorial policy
• Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks
• Maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals
• Support post campaign / promotion evaluation by collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from different sources
• Identify insights from post evaluation for future campaigns improvements
• Own invoicing process for assigned category campaigns or promotions
• Monitor budget spent for assigned category campaigns or promotions
• Provide marketing administrative support to line manager

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience with hands-on trade promotion and advertising experience
• Self- motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
• Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered Customer Marketing Specialist
