TITLE: Customer/Supplier Onboarding IT PM Executive

Supplier Onboarding IT Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle across several projects at once, with input from more experienced teams members.
- Collect and review requirements from all relevant parties for their projects.
- Own the E2E of the projects assigned to them taking ownership of everything worked on and produced as part of that project.
- Maintain a reasonable understanding of APG systems and technologies and how they work together to aid issue resolution and efficient project completion.
- Take the lead in stakeholder management for your projects, communicating as the project requires, keeping stakeholders up to date on delays.
- Ensure all documentation created for their projects handled is clear, easy to read, and accurate.
- Create comprehensive development specifications and drive their progress.
- Engage with resources assigned to the project to utilize their time effectively to achieve the projects goals.
- Ensure that the systems monitoring project progress are always kept up to date.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the expected standard set by more experienced team members.
- Ensure that project spend is within acceptable limits for the given work.
- Perform appropriate risk management
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years' experience supporting IT or project delivery teams.
- Understanding of software development, web technologies, and requirements management.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working towards a project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP).
- Proactive approach with a strong commitment to supporting team and business objectives.
