Customer Operations Manager (West / 5 days / Engineering) [EL]

• Manage daily onsite operations to achieve and exceed budgeted trading targets.
• Ensure customer compliance with agreed contractual payment terms.
• Implement and manage consignment inventory in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with company' and customers' health and safety policies.
• Ensure adherence to company management systems, policies, and operational procedures.
• Deliver contractual commitments, including cost savings initiatives, inventory optimization, and logistics improvements.
• Prepare and present KPI reports, operational updates, and performance feedback to both internal and customer management teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while optimizing procurement costs and service levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare monthly engineering and operational reports.
• Support internal and customer site audits.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams on maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate master data within customers' CMMS and execute change requests as required.
